The stunning new Seahorse Kingdom exhibit features the world's only display of Spiny Sea Dragons, and our other displays include New Zealand's only live jellyfish display, tropical fish, bizarre crustaceans and much, much more.

Shark Cage Adventure -Weekends only 10.00am and 11.30am. The cage is submerged in our predator tank - home to School, Sand Tiger, Wobbegong and Broadnose Sevengill sharks - so you're guaranteed to have a close encounter of the shark kind, every time. Through the cage's clear Perspex bottom you can marvel at sharks, stingrays and other fish from New Zealand's coastal waters swimming below, or past the mesh walls of the cage.
Penguin Passport - The aquarium's newest interactive experience - will allow visitors to explore the brand new snow-filled penguin enclosure and the opportunity to get up close and personal with the magnificent King and Gentoo Penguins.You will also have the opportunity to experience our main 'back of house' areas to see how everything works, with a chance to feed the fish, discover the animal quarantine area, dive tanks and much more.
Behind the Scenes Tour - In In this 25 minute in-depth tour of the aquarium's main 'back of house' areas, you'll get to see how everything works at the aquarium, plus feed the fish in the SEA LIFE Kelly Tarlton’s largest fish display.

Free Shuttle - 7 days a week from downtown Auckland, departing from 172 Quay Street (opposite the downtown ferry terminal). The shuttle runs hourly on the HALF hour from 9:30am until 3:30pm, with the final pick up from downtown being at 3:30pm.
