DAY 1
Queenstown - Glenorchy
Collect your rental vehicle upon arrival at Queenstown Airport. We'd recommend making a strop at the delightful historical township of Arrowtown before following the shores of Lake Wakatipu to the Glenorchy.
A sought after location for the film industry, Glenorchy is a must for those who want to immerse themselves in some of New Zealand's best scenery.

Day 2
Glenorchy
Known as the "Gateway to Paradise" and Mount Aspiring National Park, Glenorchy is the setting off point for the Routeburn Track.
In fact, there are a number of popular walking tracks in the area. The Lake Sylvan track is an easy two hour loop across a swing bridge over the Routeburn River through red beech forested river terraces abundant with native birds to beautiful Lake Sylvan. You may spot bush robins, fantails and riflemen and enjoy the views of the mountains of Mt. Aspiring National Park. On a calm day, the mountains are reflected in the lake’s glassy waters.
DAY 3
Glenorchy
Today you might like to take the drive through the ethereal and enchanted forests, featured in Lord of the Rings movies, to Paradise or take one of the many scenic walks in the region. Currently operating Thursdays through to Mondays, the Dart River Wilderness Jet is an exhilarating and breathtaking adventure that you may choose to add to your stay.
