DAY 1
Arrive Auckland
On arrival at Auckland Airport, collect your rental car and make a visit to Auckland Zoo on your way into the city. Ever evolving, the zoo is sporting a new aerial orangutan enclosure, a baby rhino and a baby zebra. Once in the city, explore fantastical film effects on a guided tour of Weta Workshop Unleashed. Overnight: SkyCity Hotel (Premium Room with two double beds).
Note: you can upgrade to separate interconnecting rooms for an additional cost if desired.

DAY 2
Auckland - Waitomo - Rotorua
It’s off to Rotorua today with a stop to visit the magical Waitomo Glowworm Caves on the way. Some family fun on the Luge at Skyline Gondola before taking a soak in the Secret Spot Hot Tubs. Later today, take a twilight visit to the enchanting Redwoods Treewalk. Overnight: Regal Palms Resort (2 Bedroom Apartment)
DAY 3
Rotorua - Taupo - Rotorua
Drive south today and take a short ferry ride to geothermal delights of Orakei Korako then continue on to Taupo to visit the delights of the Honey Hive and the thundering Huka Falls before returning to Rotorua. Overnight: Regal Palms Resort (2 Bedroom Apartment)

Return to Auckland in time for your flight home today.
