DAY 1

Arrive Auckland

Depending on your preferred travel choice, you will either be met and privately transferred, or self drive to your accommodation.  Auckland is New Zealand's largest city, set between two harbours with gentle sandy shores on the east coast and wild surf beaches and black sand on the west coast. Home to sheltered, sparkling blue waters dotted with beautiful emerald islands, we recommend visiting the beaches and getting out on the water when you are here. Overnight: Auckland

DAY 2

Auckland - Rotorua

Today you’ll journey past the green farmlands to Rotorua.  The kids will be fascinated with this bubbling and steaming wonderland that is like nowhere else on earth. Rotorua is a unique experience, full of family experiences and a distinctive sulphur smell that tends to get the family laughing. Overnight: Rotorua

DAY 3

Rotorua

Rotorua’s geothermal parks will leave the kids in awe over the steam, bubbling mud, erupting geysers and colourful lakes that look like they’re straight out of a Dr Seuss book. Rotorua is also an awesome playground for families and today you’ll visit Velocity Valley for some family fun time together.  Tonight, you’ll be in for a special treat walking high among the forest giants (Redwoods)in the dark surrounded by a magical light display.  Overnight: Rotorua

DAY 4

Rotorua - Auckland

Today you’ll return to Auckland where everyone in the family will be enthralled by the marvellous world of movie where sci-fi, fantasy and creativity all come together at Weta Workshop Unleashed.  Overnight: Auckland

Day 5

Depart Auckland

Arrangements conclude today with a departure transfer or return of your rental car.
