NZ/AUS (Domestic) Booking Conditions

Booking Conditions apply to "Downunder" Bookings from New Zealand & Australia only.

International Booking Requests will be advised of the applicable terms and conditions at time of Enquiry.

 

Payment:

Full payment is due no less than 5 days prior to travel.

Payment accepted by bank transfer or credit card (2.5% credit card surcharge will apply).

 

Cancellation:

100% refund for bookings cancelled up to 72 hours prior to travel date.*

Cancellations within 72 hours of travel date will be reviewed on a case by case basis. 

If rebooking to an alternative date is not possible, a small handling fee will be charged.

Should cancellation be due to Covid related complications or government travel restrictions, we are here to assist in every possible way to negotiate and source the best possible outcome.

 

* Please note exception: Great Barrier Island accommodation has a 14 day cancellation policy.
